Columbia Cares

Columbia CARES is the region’s only AIDS Service Organization, offering HIV prevention, rapid testing, and support services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The organization partners with United Way of Maury County and receives support from the Tennessee Department of Health, United Way of Greater Nashville, the City of Columbia, and other generous organizations and individuals. Columbia CARES is also a proud member of the Maury County Chamber and Economic Alliance.

Duck River Dental Outreach

Duck River Dental Outreach is dedicated to delivering quality oral health care to underserved members of our community. DRDO’s services are specifically geared toward individuals without access to dental insurance. While treatment is not offered free of charge, all care provided by DRDO is significantly reduced in cost to ensure affordability.

Prime Care | Maury Regional Health

The Maury Regional PrimeCare Clinic accepts most insurance and offers a sliding fee scale for uninsured or underinsured patients with low income. As a Federally Qualified Health Center and patient-centered medical home, the clinic provides comprehensive, continuous care—including primary care, chronic condition management, preventive services, referrals, and care coordination.
