Mental Health Care

Why does finding a therapist matter? Therapists help you process trauma, build coping skills, navigate relationships, and manage stress, anxiety, depression, or substance use. A good therapist becomes a safe place to work through life’s challenges with support and without judgment.

-What do you want help with? (e.g., trauma, addiction, anxiety, family, grief, boundaries)

-Are you looking for someone long-term or for a short-term issue?

-Use trusted directories like PsychologyToday.com, your insurance company’s directory, or your EAP.

-Ask for recommendations from your doctor, case manager, peers, or sober living home.
